🏴☠️ System Overview
In Ruin Roleplay II Asia, power isn’t given; it’s taken. We utilize a strict Progression System for criminal groups. You cannot start at the top. You must begin as a low-level crew in the city streets and claw your way up to become a wealthy Cartel Warlord in the Badlands.
- Tier 2: The Families (In-City): The starters. The hustlers. Families operate in the shadows of Los Santos. They don’t have money for mansions; they operate out of Hideouts, apartments, and basements. They are fighting to survive the Police and each other.
- Tier 1: The Gangs (Badlands): The success stories. Once a Family becomes rich and powerful, they move to the Badlands to establish a Gang. These groups own the Mansions, the Estates, and the Fortified Compounds. They have “made it” and now defend their empire from the Military.
🏙️ Tier 2: The Families (In-City)
The Hustlers. The Street Rats. The Underdogs.
Jurisdiction: Los Santos City Limits HQ Type: Hideouts (Warehouses, Motels, Basements, Back Offices)
Description
Every criminal empire starts somewhere. Families are “Registered Crews” operating within the Urban Zone. They do not live in luxury; they live on the run. A Family focuses on street-level crime: corner drug sales, petty theft, and running small businesses to wash dirty money.
They operate out of Secret Hideouts to avoid detection by the LSPD. A Family’s goal is simple: Earn enough money and reputation to eventually leave the city and claim a Mansion in the North.
Capabilities & Restrictions
- Weapons: Strictly limited to Class-1 Weapons (Pistols, Mini-SMGs, Melee). You are not powerful enough yet for heavy rifles.
- Vehicles: Standard street cars, muscle cars, bikes.
- Turf: Families fight for “Corners” and “Blocks.”
- Housing: You are restricted to Hidden Housing or Interiors. You cannot own a famous luxury estate in the city.
🏜️ Tier 1: The Gangs (Badlands)
The Kings. The Warlords. The Elite.
Jurisdiction: The Badlands (Sandy Shores, Grapeseed, Paleto) HQ Type: Mansions (Vineyards, Fortified Estates, Luxury Compounds)
Description
When a Family conquers the city, they ascend to the Badlands to become a Gang. This is the endgame. Gangs control the flow of drugs and weapons into the state. Because they have vast wealth, they purchase massive Mansions and compounds in the North.
However, with great wealth comes great danger. Gangs must defend their Mansions from the Military Police and rival Gangs trying to steal their throne.
Capabilities & Privileges
- Weapons: Authorized to use Class-2 Weapons (AK-47, Carbines, Dragunovs). You have the money to buy military-grade gear.
- Vehicles: Luxury Off-Roaders, Armored SUVs, Helicopters.
- Housing: You own the biggest properties on the server. Your Mansion is your fortress.
- Influence: Gangs act as “Wholesalers,” selling supplies to the Families back in the city.
📈 The “Path to Power” (Ascension)
How to go from a Hideout to a Mansion.
- Phase 1: The Grind (Family): Register your Family in the City. Secure a Hideout. Grind drug corners and money laundering to build your treasury.
- Phase 2: The Reputation: Prove you are the strongest Family in Los Santos. Win street wars and evade LSPD raids.
- Phase 3: The Ascension: Apply to the High Table to become a Gang.
- Cost: A massive sum of in-game dirty money.
- Reward: You are granted a Mansion Script in the Badlands and access to Class-2 Weapon crafting.
- The Trade-off: You leave the safety of the City and enter the warzone of the Military Police.
⚔️ Rules of Engagement
- City (Families):
- Hideout Raids: Families can raid other Families’ hideouts only if they find the location through roleplay (tailing/snitching).
- Low Profile: Shootouts must be quick. If the LSPD swarms your hideout, you lose everything.
- Badlands (Gangs):
- Mansion Defense: Gangs can fortify their Mansions with gates and guards.
- Territory Control: Gangs control the areas around their Mansions. Trespassers can be shot on sight (KOS).
