PENAL CODE & BAN POLICY
1.0 – PHILOSOPHY & ENFORCEMENT
At Ruin Roleplay II, we strive to maintain a high-quality immersive environment. Our punishment system is designed to correct behavior rather than just punish. However, to keep the “integrity” of the server for our Asian community, we have a Zero Tolerance Policy for hate speech, toxicity, and exploits.
- Staff Discretion: Admins reserve the right to increase a punishment based on the user’s attitude in the ticket.
- Evidence Requirement: All bans are backed by logs or video evidence.
2.0 – PUNISHMENT TIERS
We categorize violations into 4 Classes. Ignorance of these classes is not an excuse.
CLASS A: MINOR OFFENSES (Quality of Life)
These are “learning moments.” Repeated Class A offenses turn into Class B.

CLASS B: MODERATE OFFENSES (Rule Breaks)
These offenses actively ruin the roleplay scenario for others.

| B-05 | Combat Logging | Quitting the game (ALT+F4) to avoid arrest/death. | 7 Day Ban + Char Wipe | 14 Day Ban | Perm Ban |
CLASS C: MAJOR OFFENSES (Game Integrity)
Serious violations that harm the server’s economy or fairness.

| C-05 | Loot Boxing | Robbing a player purely for items with no RP. | 7 Day Ban + Wipe | 14 Day Ban | 30 Day Ban |
CLASS D: SEVERE & COMMUNITY OFFENSES (Zero Tolerance)
Immediate removal from the community. These rules are strictly enforced for India/Pakistan/Asia cultural safety.

| D-06 | Real Money Trading | Selling in-game money/cars for real cash (Rupees/Dollars). | PERMANENT BAN | 🚫 NO |
3.0 – BAN APPEAL POLICY
If you believe you were banned unfairly, or you have served your time and wish to apologize, follow these steps:
- Wait out the “Cool Down” Period: You cannot appeal immediately.
- Temp Bans: Must serve at least 20% of the time.
- Perm Bans: Must wait 15 Days before applying.
- Format: Use the Website Ticket Support to apply for ban (Ban Appeal).
- Honesty: Lying in an appeal will result in a Blacklist (You can never return).
Note: Spamming Staff members in DMs regarding your ban will result in your appeal being auto-rejected.
