1. General Policy

Thank you for supporting Ruin Roleplay II.

Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase or donation on our website (https://ruinroleplay.trat.dev/) or associated store platforms (e.g., Tebex).

By completing a purchase or donation, you acknowledge that all transactions are final. As the items and services we offer are digital, intangible goods (such as Priority Queue access, VIP status, in-game currency, or virtual vehicles) that are delivered immediately or upon login, we generally do not offer refunds or returns.

2. No Refunds

Except as expressly provided in this Policy or required by applicable law, payments made to Ruin Roleplay II are non-refundable.

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind after purchasing a package or item.
  • In-Game Losses: We are not responsible for the loss of virtual items due to in-game events (e.g., robbery, vehicle destruction) or character deletion, and no refunds will be provided in these instances.
  • Server Wipes: In the event of a “Server Wipe” (a reset of the game economy/database), specific perks may or may not carry over depending on the nature of the perk. We do not offer monetary refunds for items lost due to a server wipe.

3. Bans and Rule Violations

Access to Ruin Roleplay II is a privilege, not a right. If your account is suspended or permanently banned from our services due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions or Server Rules (such as cheating, exploiting, or harassment), you forfeit access to all purchased items and services.

No refunds will be issued to users who are banned from the server.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

We take fraud and unauthorized chargebacks seriously.

  • Prohibition: You agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider (e.g., PayPal) for any valid transaction.
  • Consequences: If you initiate a chargeback, your account on Ruin Roleplay II will be permanently banned immediately. This ban is often shared with global anti-cheat and community ban lists (such as Tebex global ban lists), which may prevent you from purchasing on other FiveM servers.
  • Resolution: If you believe there has been an error with your payment (e.g., you were double-charged), please contact us directly using the email below before contacting your bank. We are happy to resolve genuine errors.

5. Technical Issues and Non-Delivery

While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we are committed to ensuring you receive what you paid for.

If you have made a payment but have not received your rank, item, or currency within 48 hours due to a technical error, please contact us.

  1. We will verify the transaction status.
  2. We will manually credit the missing items to your account.
  3. If we are unable to deliver the service due to a fault on our end that cannot be fixed, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
