1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Ruin Roleplay II. By accessing our website at https://ruinroleplay.trat.dev/, joining our Discord server at https://discord.gg/5g7U8MSSjB, or connecting to our FiveM game server, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the website or the server.

2. Age Requirement

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required to use Discord and FiveM in your jurisdiction). If specific sections of our community are designated as 18+, you must meet that age requirement to access them.

3. User Accounts and Security

To access Ruin Roleplay II, you are required to authenticate using third-party services such as Steam and Discord.

  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Account Sharing: Sharing your account to evade bans or whitelist restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent termination of your access.

4. Donations and Virtual Goods

Ruin Roleplay II may offer the ability to purchase virtual items, priority queue access, or VIP status (“Perks”) via third-party platforms (e.g., Tebex).

  1. No Ownership: You acknowledge that you do not own the virtual items or currency. You are purchasing a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use these Perks within the server.
  2. No Refunds: All donations and purchases are final and non-refundable. Attempting to chargeback a payment will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all Ruin Roleplay II services.
  3. Perk Changes: We reserve the right to modify, balance, or remove Perks at any time to ensure the health and fairness of the roleplay environment.
  4. Server Termination: In the event that Ruin Roleplay II ceases operations, no refunds will be issued for active Perks or subscriptions.

5. Code of Conduct

Your access to the server is a privilege, not a right. You agree to adhere to our Server Rules, which are available on our Discord and Website. Violations include, but are not limited to:

  • Cheating/Exploiting: Using mod menus, macros, or exploiting game bugs.
  • Harassment: Hate speech, bullying, or harassment of other players or staff.
  • Disruptive Behavior: Intentional disruption of the roleplay experience (e.g., “trolling”).

Failure to comply with these rules may result in a temporary suspension or permanent ban without a refund of any donations.

6. Intellectual Property & Content

  • Server Assets: All custom code, scripts, branding, and assets created by Ruin Roleplay II are the property of Ruin Roleplay II.
  • User Content: By playing on our server, you agree that any gameplay footage, screenshots, or audio recorded on the server may be used by Ruin Roleplay II for promotional purposes on social media or our website.
  • Rockstar Games: Ruin Roleplay II is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ruin Roleplay II, its owners, administrators, and staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  1. Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content.
  2. Personal injury or property damage resulting from your access to our services.
  3. Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our server (e.g., DDoS attacks or maintenance).
  4. Loss of in-game data, characters, or assets due to technical failures or server wipes.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via our Discord server. Your continued use of the service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the server owners reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
