1.0 – ELIGIBILITY FOR APPEAL

Before submitting a request, ensure you meet the following criteria. If you do not meet these requirements, your appeal will be auto-rejected.

1.1 | The “Cool-Down” Period You must serve a minimum amount of time before you have the right to ask for a second chance.

  • Temporary Bans (Under 30 Days): You must serve at least 20% of your ban time.
  • Permanent Bans: You must wait 15 Days from the date of the ban.
  • Blacklisted Players: You cannot appeal. (Reserved for severe toxicity, threats, or doxers).

1.2 | Non-Appealable Offenses The following violations are generally NOT eligible for unbanning, except in rare cases of false positives:

  • Hate Speech (Racism, Casteism, Religious Abuse).
  • Real Money Trading (RMT) (Selling currency/cars for real cash).
  • Server Advertising / Poaching.
  • Malicious Hacking / Modding.

1.3 | One Chance Policy If you are unbanned and break a major rule again within 60 Days, you will be permanently banned with no right to appeal (Blacklist).

2.0 – THE GOLDEN RULES OF APPEALING

Rule #1: HONESTY IS MANDATORY Do not lie. We have logs (chat logs, kill logs, connection logs) and often video evidence.

  • If you lie in your appeal (e.g., “My brother was playing on my PC”), you will be Blacklisted immediately.
  • Admitting your mistake shows maturity. We value honesty over excuses.

Rule #2: TAKE RESPONSIBILITY Do not blame the Staff Member who banned you.

  • Bad Appeal: “Admin Rahul banned me unfairly, he is biased.”
  • Good Appeal: “I understand why Admin Rahul banned me. I was angry and made a mistake.”

Rule #3: NO SPAM Do not DM Staff members asking to check your appeal. This will result in your appeal being denied instantly.

3.0 – OFFICIAL BAN APPEAL FORMAT

Copy the questions below and create a new Ticket in the #ban-appeals channel. Answer every question in detail.

SUBJECT: Ban Appeal – [Your In-Game Name] – [Your State ID]

1. Discord UserName & ID: (e.g., User#1234 / 827189271982)

2. In-Game Name: (The name of your character)

3. Date of Ban: (When were you banned?)

4. Ban Reason: (What does the screen say when you try to connect?)

5. Which Staff Member Banned You? (If known)

6. Why were you banned? (Tell us the story): (Be honest. Explain what happened from your perspective without lying.)

7. Why should we unban you? (Convince us. Have you read the rules? How will you behave differently this time?)

8. Do you agree to a Character/Money Wipe? (Yes / No – Note: Economy bans usually require a wipe for unban.)

9. Declaration: “I, [Your Name], admit that I have read the server rules again. I understand that if I break the rules again, I will be permanently removed from Ruin Roleplay II Asia.”

4.0 – THE REVIEW PROCESS

  1. Submission: You submit the ticket using the format above.
  2. Review: The Staff Team (and the Admin who banned you) will review your history and the incident. This can take 24 to 72 Hours.
  3. Verdict:
    • ACCEPTED: You will be unbanned (possibly with a probation period).
    • DENIED: You must wait 15 Days before trying again.
    • PERMANENTLY DENIED: You are not welcome back.
